The Manufacturing Inventory Specialist is responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing inventory levels within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate inventory records, supports production needs, and helps maintain efficient supply chain operations by coordinating with procurement, production, and warehouse teams.

• Responsibilities:
• · Maintain accurate inventory records in systems
• · Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• · Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
• · Track raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress (WIP) inventory
• · Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• · Generate inventory reports and provide insights to improve efficiency and reduce waste

• Qualifications
• · 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• · Experience with inventory management systems
• · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• · Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

The hourly pay range for this role is $18.50-$22.50.
