Second Level Support (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Vom First Level Support weitergeleitete Anfragen klassifizieren und systematisch abarbeiten
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen dem First Level Support und den weiteren Abteilungen im Unternehmen
  • Entgegennahme, Erfassung und Lösung von Störungsmeldungen
  • Austausch und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen technischen Fachbereichen wie dem Third Level Support
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld
  • Berufserfahrung im IT-Support
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Begeisterung für IT und neue Technologien
  • Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
