• This is a senior client services leadership role within the medical communications sector, overseeing a portfolio of high-profile publications and medical affairs accounts.
• You’ll serve as a strategic partner to senior client stakeholders, guiding complex programs while ensuring scientific quality, operational excellence, and strong financial performance.
• The role spans global publication programs, medical affairs initiatives, strategic communications planning, and cross-functional delivery.
• You’ll lead and develop Client Services professionals while helping teams navigate priorities, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• You’ll also contribute to organic account growth and new business through proposals, pitches, RFPs, budgets, and client onboarding.
• Success requires a strong combination of medical communications expertise, commercial awareness, financial acumen, and people leadership.
