Champion Strategic and Creative Excellence: Ensure briefs clearly articulate the client’s business challenge, objectives, and measures of success. Champion strong strategic and creative ideas, guide teams throughout development and execution, and ensure the final work delivers against the brief and client goals.
Connect Performance to Future Opportunities: Partner with strategy and data teams to understand the effectiveness of the work and translate insights into clear recommendations. Apply learnings to strengthen future briefs, creative solutions, and client programs.
Ensure Operational Excellence & Team Alignment: Own account documentation, communication cadences, and stakeholder alignment. Maintain transparency, streamline ways of working, proactively resolve challenges, and foster effective collaboration across teams.
Support Organic Growth: Identify and support organic growth opportunities within the client organization, helping expand existing projects into broader, longer-term programs.
