Prepare monthly and quarterly flux analyses, providing clear explanations of variances to finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Prepare and post intercompany entries as required

Analyze data against business drivers to identify trends and issues

Conduct accounting research and prepare documentation on new or non-routine topics to ensure proper accounting treatment is applied

Participate in process and control reviews and partner with stakeholders to remediate control gaps

Respond to audit requests, including preparation of supporting documentation and coordination with external auditors

Support financial reporting and ad hoc information requests from internal stakeholders, ensuring data is accurate, well-documented, and delivered on time

Collaborate regularly with business partners to ensure accurate accounting for monthly accruals and new business initiatives

Work effectively with stakeholders across teams, regions, and different cultural backgrounds

You Have:

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, and 3+ years of experience in an accounting or similar role

Exposure to large data sets and proficiency with Excel and/or SQL

Self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly-changing environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience working within a global shared services or regional finance center, partnering with stakeholders across time zones
