Salary: $110,000 - $145,000

Responsibilities:

Preparing executive correspondence, meeting/read-ahead preparation, records management.

Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

10+ years of executive-office, action officer, program coordination, or headquarters staff experience required.

2 years’ experience supporting DoD or Federal leadership is required.

Demonstrated proficiency in executive correspondence, task and suspense management, meeting/read-ahead preparation, records, and MS Office collaboration tools.

Pentagon or Service headquarters experience is desired.

Active Top Secret Clearance is required.
