Serving as the core enabler for decentralized analytics, data science, and business teams, this role establishes enterprise BI platform standards and governance while driving key platform initiatives, including developer velocity, self-service analytics, and the deployment of AI-assisted reporting features.
You will report into the Data Manager II.

Platform Reliability & Escalation Management: Act as the escalation point of contact for the platform to evaluate and resolve user issues and ensure system reliability
Platform Governance & Auditing: Enforce data governance policies, manage platform folder structures, collect metadata to improve data discoverability, and monitor platform usage to optimize system performance. Lead platform optimization and content migration.
