Experience:

• •3-7 years of experience in Market Research Data Processing Tabulation .
• •Hands-on expertise in Quantum, SPSS, weighting, coding, and data merging .
• •Experience managing 8-10 projects independently.
• •Exposure to Tracking, Segmentation, Copy Testing, and Concept Testing studies.

Project Management (85%)

• •Manage multiple projects within timelines with minimal supervision.
• •Program surveys and ensure quality delivery using the FTR (First Time Right) approach.
• •Coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• •Prepare project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• •Resolve issues proactively and maintain project quality standards.

Other Responsibilities (15%)

• •Attend training and follow organizational processes.
• •Manage programmatic platform updates.
• •Support invoicing and project closure activities.

Qualification

• •Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
• •Postgraduate qualification in Market Research or Management preferred.

• •Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment .
• •Demonstrated critical thinking, adaptability, and accountability.
