What is the opportunity?

RBC Dominion Securities has an exciting opportunity on a top-performing Advisory team in our main downtown Vancouver branch for an experienced, self-motivated and collaborative Senior Associate.

What will you do?

• •You’ll be the primary contact for a small number of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth families
• •You’ll collaborate closely with team members and external advisors on a daily basis
• •Depending on your expertise and interest, you may be asked to lead other components of the practice

What do you need to succeed?

• •You have a positive can-do attitude
• •You understand the ultra-high net worth market, and enjoy the associated complexity
• •You can work independently, but thrive within a team that operates onsite 5 days a week
• •5 years of experience working in the Wealth Management industry

The expected base salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs.

This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment up to 1.0x base salary or more .
