Was erwartet Sie

• •Eigenverantwortliche rechtliche Beratung von Banken, Leasinggebern, Funds, Sponsoren, Leasingnehmern und Kreditnehmern bei komplexen nationalen und internationalen Finanzierungen
• •Strukturierung und Leitung anspruchsvoller Transaktionen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Asset- und Projektfinanzierungen
• •Direkte Mandatsverantwortung sowie strategischer Sparringspartner für Mandanten
• •Aktive Rolle beim Ausbau bestehender Mandatsbeziehungen sowie bei Akquise- und Business-Development-Aktivitäten
• •Anleitung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Associates sowie Steuerung kleinerer Projektteams
• •Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in grenzüberschreitenden Mandaten

Was uns überzeugt

• •Zwei überdurchschnittliche Staatsexamina
• •Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Banking & Finance in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei
• •Ausgeprägtes wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie unternehmerisches Denken
• •Souveränes Auftreten im direkten Mandantenkontakt und Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Mandanten
• •Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in internationalen Mandaten
• •Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
• •Erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Entwicklung von jüngeren Teammitgliedern
