Your New Role

• •Incident and problem management on infrastructure assets
• •Service requests relating to reporting, compliance, capacity/currency reviews, audit data requests Patching and vulnerability management
• •DR, Access, Logging, Backup management
• •Documentation and handover activities
• •Manage multiple stakeholders and task
• •Effectively manage services to ensure service stability, service risks are managed effectively, and ongoing service health maintained
• •Ensure external and internal policy and compliance processes are understood and followed

What Will You Bring

• •2 - 3 yrs of relevant experience
• •Basic to intermediate technical understanding of F5/ checkpoint/ Palo Alto/ other firewall
• •Scripting and Automation Knowledge
• •Flexible for 24 x 7 OnCall roster
• •Relevant industry certifications or equivalent experience. Preferred Checkpoint CCCS certifications
• •Ability to remain flexible to deliver business outcomes
