Senior Associate, Technology Operations

Who You’ll Work With:

We are seeking a Minneapolis based Senior End User Technician to join our End User Technology team in Global Technology & Operations.

What You’ll Do:

• •Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and peripherals.
• •Handle escalations from the Service Desk and junior technicians.
• •Perform root‑cause analysis and propose improvements.
• •Support laptops, virtual desktops, mobile devices, and workstation setups.
• •Manage installation, configuration, and deployment of devices and applications.
• •Participate in lifecycle management including imaging, patching, and upgrades.
• •Document procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• •Deliver high‑quality customer service and communicate IT events.
• •Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service delivery teams.
• •Support corporate security tools, MFA platforms, and endpoint protection.

What We’re Looking For:

• •4–6+ years of desktop support experience in enterprise environments.
• •Strong expertise with Windows OS, endpoint management tools, and collaboration apps.
• •Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• •Experience supporting virtual desktop environments.
• •Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• •Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• •Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• •Team‑oriented with mentoring ability.
• •Comfortable communicating with all levels, including executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• •Familiarity with enterprise security tools and mobile device management.
• •Certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL, or Microsoft modern desktop.
