Job Description

Este rol forma parte de la organización de ingeniería que da soporte a la plataforma principal de la Compañia, desarrollando y operando los servicios, plataformas y productos backend compartidos que impulsan la marca. El ingeniero utilizará herramientas de desarrollo asistidas por IA para diseñar, construir y mantener sistemas backend escalables, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de ingeniería, producto, diseño y ciencia de datos.

Habilidades y Experiencia Requeridas

Licenciatura/Grado universitario en: Ciencias de la Computación, Matemáticas, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines
Un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia relacionada, o bien Título de posgrado (Maestría o equivalente), sin necesidad de experiencia previa.

Habilidades Técnicas

Dominio de uno o más lenguajes backend:
Java
Kotlin
O tecnologías backend modernas similares

Experiencia de Ingeniería

Desarrollo de sistemas distribuidos a gran escala.
Operación y mantenimiento de servicios productivos de alta disponibilidad.
Diseño de aplicaciones resilientes y de alto rendimiento.

Competencias Profesionales

Excelente nivel de comunicación en inglés.
Experiencia colaborando con equipos multidisciplinarios (ingeniería, producto, diseño, datos, etc.).
Curiosidad intelectual y capacidad de aprendizaje continuo.
Adaptabilidad y disposición para asumir nuevos desafíos.
