Senior Brand Manager – Stella Artois

Shape the future of one of the world’s most iconic beer brands

Are you a passionate marketer who combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen and creative leadership ? Do you enjoy turning global brand strategies into impactful local plans while working with teams and stakeholders across markets?

As Senior Brand Manager for Stella Artois Belgium , you will play a key role in shaping the growth of one of AB InBev’s most iconic global brands. Based in Leuven, Belgium , you will lead the development and execution of the Stella Artois brand plan in Belgium, while also taking ownership of strategic projects across the European Zone.

Reporting to the Stella Artois Marketing Director , you will work across functions, markets and agencies to bring the brand strategy to life – from consumer campaigns and perfect serve initiatives to innovation, media and commercial activation.

This is a role with high visibility, significant ownership and the opportunity to make an impact both locally and across Europe.

What you’ll do

Lead the brand strategy

  • Develop and execute a 360° brand plan for Stella Artois in Belgium, translating brand strategy into impactful communication, trade and commercial plans.
  • Drive the 1-Year Plan and ensure brand priorities are aligned with business objectives and senior stakeholders.
  • Monitor brand performance and lead regular performance reviews, using insights to identify opportunities and drive growth.

Bring the brand to life

  • Lead the deployment of global Stella Artois platforms in Belgium, including ‘A Taste Worth More’, ‘Perfect Serve’ and the global tennis platform .
  • Partner with creative and PR agencies to develop high-impact campaigns and communications that resonate with consumers.
  • Provide clear creative direction and challenge ideas to ensure work delivers against the brand strategy and target audience.

Drive innovation and commercial impact

  • Lead innovation, renovation and packaging projects , including NPDs and on-pack promotions.
  • Work closely with Supply, Innovation, RFFS and Sales teams to bring projects from idea to execution.
  • Partner with the media team and external media agencies to maximise impact through the right channels, audiences and media mix.

Lead beyond Belgium

  • Take ownership of selected Zone Europe projects , working across markets to develop and implement initiatives that can scale beyond Belgium.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across European markets and be prepared to travel when needed.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders at both Business Unit and Zone level.

Own the business

  • Manage the brand budget, forecasting and purchase order processes.
  • Balance strategic ambition with strong commercial and financial discipline.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve the effectiveness and impact of the brand plan.

Who you are

You are an experienced marketer who combines strategic thinking with a strong commercial mindset and knows how to turn ideas into results.

You bring:

  • Proven experience in FMCG marketing , ideally within a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment.
  • A strong understanding of consumers, customers, brands and commercial business drivers .
  • Excellent strategic and project management skills, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Strong creative judgement and the ability to recognise and develop ideas that can make a real impact.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and external agency partners .
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to take ownership and make things happen independently .
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment, manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across functions, teams and markets.
  • Strong business performance and a track record of delivering against ambitious objectives.
