This position is hybrid with 3 days/week onsite in St. Louis.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design efforts for Salesforce development and enhancement initiatives supporting advisor and operations teams.

Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, platform engineers, vendors, and end users to understand business needs, identify pain points, and recommend scalable process and technology improvements.

Translate complex business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, process documentation, and functional specifications.

Serve as a subject matter expert on advisor and operations workflows, helping ensure solutions align with business objectives and user experience goals.

Lead discovery sessions, design discussions, demos, and working sessions with cross-functional teams.

Evaluate current-state processes and define future-state workflows that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support consistent adoption.

Support prioritization of enhancements by helping assess business value, user impact, dependencies, risks, and implementation complexity.

Work closely with project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, requirements, design, development support, testing, release readiness, deployment, and post-launch support.

Own project management responsibilities for select initiatives, including coordinating timelines, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, facilitating status updates, and helping drive workstreams to completion.

Lead or support functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, defect triage, and validation of process and user experience improvements.

Develop and maintain project artifacts, including business requirements, process flows, user stories, decision logs, training materials, release notes, and support documentation.

Help enable decision-making by identifying risks, surfacing issues, documenting trade-offs, and recommending options to remove implementation barriers.

Provide guidance and support to junior business analysts or project team members, as needed.

Collaborate with change management, training, and business leadership teams to support user readiness, adoption, and effective communication of new capabilities.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business analysis, technology delivery, product support, solution design, or CRM enhancement delivery.

Strong experience supporting Salesforce initiatives, including requirements gathering, user story development, testing, user support, reporting, configuration support, or enhancement delivery.

Experience working with advisor, operations, financial services, wealth management, client service, or CRM-enabled workflows strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead requirements discussions, facilitate cross-functional working sessions, and translate business needs into actionable technology deliverables.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.

Experience supporting technology projects through the full project lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, release readiness, and post-launch support.

Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, track risks and dependencies, and communicate status to stakeholders.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for business, technical, and leadership audiences.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive progress across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues, vendors, business partners, and technology teams.

Experience with Workday, Asana, reporting tools, or related wealth technology platforms is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
