  • This fully remote role provides technical leadership across casting manufacturing processes supporting airfoil and structural casting operations.
  • You’ll help advance supplier capabilities, improve manufacturability, reduce costs, and introduce new casting technologies.
  • The position combines process engineering, supplier development, technology industrialization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • You’ll work closely with quality, design, sourcing, and supplier teams to translate technical objectives into measurable manufacturing improvements.
  • The role offers the opportunity to influence new product introduction and technology maturation while driving continuous improvement.
  • You’ll operate in a technically demanding aerospace environment where analytical problem-solving and practical execution are highly valued.
  • The position is primarily aligned with Eastern Time and involves approximately 25–50% travel, including onboarding visits to Cincinnati.
