• As a Senior Commissions Forecasting & Design Lead, you will own the end-to-end commissions forecasting process within a strategic FP&A and sales operations environment.
• You will build reliable, explainable models that translate headcount, attainment, hiring, ramping, quota changes, and plan mechanics into accurate compensation forecasts.
• The role also contributes to the design and evolution of global sales compensation programs across segments, roles, geographies, and pay periods.
• You will combine financial modeling, incentive design, systems thinking, and business partnership to evaluate plan outcomes and manage payout and operational risk.
• Working across Sales, Finance, People, Legal, Payroll, and Business Technology, you will turn complex decisions into scalable, auditable processes and clear requirements.
