Position Responsibilities

• •Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data is accurate, current and properly documented.
• •Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support audits, configuration status, lifecycle and executive decision making.
• •Improve data accuracy by implementing automated workflows, discovery tools and system integrations.
• •Establish and implement Configuration and Asset Management systems, standards and policies to ensure consistency and reliability.
• •Collaborate across teams to gather and analyze data, translating findings into scalable CMBD capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• •10+ years of IT experience, with a strong understanding of ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager or BMC Atrium.
• •Practical coding and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, SQL, APIs or similar technologies.
• •Strong problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• •Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
