• The Role
• As a Senior Consultant – Consultancy, you will contribute to the analysis, design, and delivery of client solutions across a wide range of consulting engagements.

You will work within teams to structure problems, develop insights, and support execution of strategies and transformation initiatives, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong client outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing

• •Analyze business problems and structure solutions using established methodologies
• •Collaborate with specialists to support strategy development and execution
• •Optimize client processes and support change and transformation initiatives
• •Deliver high‑quality work products and contribute to client satisfaction
• •Maintain strong attention to detail while understanding broader business context
• •Lead small teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• •Facilitate discussions and support decision-making in client engagements
• •Communicate insights clearly through written and verbal deliverables

Technical & Professional Skills

• •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio)
• •Ability to develop structured documentation and reports

Business & Client Knowledge

• •Awareness of sector challenges and opportunities
• •Ability to articulate consulting offerings and value propositions

Education

MBA preferred
