Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• •Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
• •Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firm’s interests.
• •Allocating resources effectively and ensuring high performance across contract administration and tendering functions.
• •Assuring construction projects meet agreed legal, regulatory and company standards
• •Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
• •Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
• •Establish and maintain supplier relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters
• •Attending site meetings to monitor progress, acting as the main point of contact for site and project managers
• •Working with third parties to ensure that everyone understands their roles and responsibilities
• •Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams and the client’s own representatives
• •Managing construction schedules and dealing with any unexpected costs
• •Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
• •Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
• •Communicate contract-related information and provide advice to relevant stakeholders
• •Assist with tenders and commercial bids on behalf of Micron
• •Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements.
• •Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.

EDUCATION

• •Bachelor's Degree or higher
• •Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Legal Related Degrees, preferred

EXPERIENCE

• •Ability to work with minimal supervision, strong project management skills
• •Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
• •Skilled in written communication
• •Proficient in drafting documents with clear articulation.
• •Strong contract modelling software skills with contract management, procurement or legal experience
• •Able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders
• •Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project and Visio
• •Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraints

WORKPLACE

• •Travel Required - Yes
• •You may be assigned to manage/support projects in Taiwan, Japan, China, Singapore or Malaysia
• •If assigned, you may be required to travel to those countries.
