Was Sie bei uns verantworten

  • Verantwortung für das kaufmännische Controlling unseres Krankenhausverbunds
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Management-Reportings und betriebswirtschaftlichen Analysen
  • Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Forecasts und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Beratung von Führungskräften in kaufmännischen Fragestellungen
  • Analyse von Kennzahlen und Entwicklung von Handelsempfehlungen
  • Weiterentwicklung bestehender Controlling-Instrumente und Prozesse

Was Sie idealerweise mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Controlling, Gesundheitsökonomie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Controller (m/w/d) im Krankenhaus oder Gesundheitswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Kostenrechnung, Reporting und Kennzahlenanalyse und Jahresabschlussprozessen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge im Gesundheitsbereich
  • Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Controlling-System von Vorteil
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Führungskräften
