In der PHOENIX Pharmahandel GmbH & Co KG ist ab sofort die Stelle eines Senior Controllers (m/w/d) zu besetzen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Analysieren der Geschäftsentwicklung, Erläuterung der Monatsergebnisse und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Entwicklung neuer Controlling-Konzepte sowie kontinuierliche Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Transparenz und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Business Partner für unterschiedliche Stakeholder inkl. der Geschäftsführung in betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragenstellungen
  • Mitwirkung im Forecast- und Planungsprozess
  • Verantwortung für funktionsübergreifenden Projekte
  • Perspektivische Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung

Deine Anforderungen:

  • Wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Hochschulausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Controlling und Finanzen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Erfahrung in SAP FI/CO, idealerweise SAP BW, sowie modernen Planungs-/Reporting-Tools (z.B. Anaplan, PowerBI)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse klassischer Controlling-Prozesse (Reporting, Forecast, Budget und Mittelfristplanung)
  • Sehr gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit entsprechender Argumentationsstärke
