Senior Controls Engineer

• This role provides senior-level controls and engineering leadership across multiple manufacturing facilities and operational environments.
• You will coordinate the design, installation, commissioning, and start-up of process control, electrical, network, and equipment projects.
• A major focus will be on PLC-based controls, process optimization, reliability, and safe and efficient plant operations.
• You will work closely with plant leaders, operators, engineers, contractors, and business stakeholders to turn operational needs into practical engineering solutions.
• The position combines project management, process improvement, technical design, and hands-on implementation.
• With significant domestic and limited international travel, you will have direct exposure to manufacturing facilities and plant-floor operations.
