the posting
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Counsel (Medical Malpractice) based in United States.
- This is an opportunity for an experienced litigator to take ownership of sophisticated medical malpractice and professional liability matters.
- You will manage complex cases with significant autonomy, from discovery through trial, while developing strategy and assessing exposure.
- The role combines substantive litigation, direct client and carrier communication, expert collaboration, and courtroom advocacy.
- You will work on matters involving healthcare professionals and organizations across a broad range of medical and professional liability cases.
- The environment is designed for seasoned attorneys who can exercise independent judgment and keep demanding litigation moving forward.
- You will also have opportunities to mentor less experienced attorneys and cultivate lasting client relationships.
- With a primarily remote work model and flexibility around court, deposition, trial, and client needs, the role offers both independence and high-level legal work.
