Senior Director, Product (Employer of Record)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Product (Employer of Record) based in Portugal.

• As Senior Director of Product, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for a critical Employer of Record (EOR) product offering.
• You will oversee the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding and contracts to benefits, payroll, time off, and offboarding.
• Your scope will span customer-facing experiences, internal operational tooling, and the employee experience delivered through the platform.
• You will turn complex regulatory and operational requirements into scalable, automated product experiences that reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Working across Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Legal, and Finance, you will shape both product strategy and broader business outcomes.
• You will lead and develop a team of product leaders while raising the bar for ownership, performance, and outcome-driven product management.
