Senior Director, PX Business Partner

The Senior Director, PX Business Partner will lead the People Experience strategy for the Iberia region, covering Spain and Portugal, aligning people initiatives with business priorities and long-term growth. This senior leadership role combines strategic workforce planning, organizational development, employee engagement, and talent management with hands-on execution. Working closely with executive leaders and global People Experience specialists, you will shape an inclusive, high-performance culture across the employee lifecycle. You will lead and develop a small team while influencing key decisions around organizational effectiveness, leadership development, compensation, and employee wellbeing. The role also involves navigating complex employment relations, labor regulations, and organizational change across an international, matrixed environment.
