Job Summary

S J Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced QA/QC professionals to join our team for Residential and Commercial Projects in Pune .

The role will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, compliance with approved procedures, quality documentation, material testing, and coordination with execution teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• •Implement and monitor QA/QC processes and procedures at project sites.
• •Ensure compliance with approved Quality Plans, ITPs, MTPs, checklists, and project specifications .
• •Review RCC drawings, specifications, and construction methodologies from a quality perspective.
• •Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained during execution.
• •Coordinate with execution teams, consultants, and clients on quality-related matters.
• •Monitor material testing and laboratory activities and ensure required records are maintained.
• •Identify quality issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.
• •Maintain proper QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, test reports, and quality records .
• •Participate in quality meetings, inspections, audits, and project reviews.
• •Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, project specifications, and quality standards .
• •Support project teams in resolving quality-related issues and improving construction quality.

Required Candidate Profile

• •Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering .
• •6+ years of experience for Senior Engineer – QA/QC.
• •8+ years of experience for Assistant Manager – QA/QC.
• •Experience in Residential and Commercial Projects preferred.
• •High-Rise Project experience preferred.
• •Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, documentation, and construction quality standards .
• •Good understanding of RCC drawings, concrete technology, and material testing .
• •Good knowledge of site execution and quality control practices .
• •Strong coordination and communication skills.
• •Good working knowledge of MS Excel and QA/QC documentation .
• •Immediate joiners / candidates with up to 1 month notice period preferred.
