The Role

This role is responsible for coordinating and driving facilities-related projects by acting as the primary interface between internal facilities process engineering team, facilities hookup construction team, and external stakeholders. The position plays a critical role in ensuring clear requirement definition, effective execution planning, and seamless project delivery aligned with operational priorities.

In this role you will:

Serve as the primary point of contact between Facilities Processes Engineering teams and production organizations to gather, clarify, and align project requirements.

Coordinate and drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring clear communication, proper planning, and timely delivery.

Translate production needs into actionable project scopes, working closely with facilities engineers to define technical solutions and execution plans.

Develop and track project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure alignment with operational priorities and timelines.

Facilitate cross-functional communication and resolve gaps or conflicts between stakeholders to maintain project progress.

Support contractor coordination and execution activities, ensuring work is carried out in compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Monitor project status, risks, and issues, and proactively drive mitigation actions to ensure successful delivery.

Support continuous improvement in project coordination processes, enhancing efficiency, communication, and execution quality.

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

5+ years of experience in project coordination, facilities engineering support, or similar roles in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.

Strong understanding of facilities systems (e.g., UPW, wastewater, HVAC, process utilities) and related operational considerations.

Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams.

Structured and detail-oriented approach to project planning, tracking, and execution.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and 24/7 operational environment.

Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability in driving tasks to completion.

Familiarity with project management tools, documentation, and reporting practices.
