Senior Engineer, New Product Development

Job Description:

Position Summary:

The Wet Etch & Cleans Engineering Organization is seeking a motivated and collaborative Senior New Product Development (NPD) Engineer to design, develop, and support innovative liquid filtration products that drive long-term business growth. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in semiconductor manufacturing and contribute to global technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead New Product Development (NPD) initiatives from concept to commercialization.

Apply Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical analysis to optimize filter performance.

Collaborate with global technical teams and customers to ensure alignment and successful criteria .

Deliver clear, concise technical reports and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Mentor and coach junior engineers across cross-functional teams.

Publish technical work at internal and external conferences.

Support projects with up to 10% travel .

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

M aster’s degree in chemistry, c hemical e ngineering and Material Science

Experience in the following areas is a strong plus:

Semiconductor process engineering / integration engineering experience

Hands-on experience with fluid handling equipment, especially filtration and purification systems

Proven project leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Hands-on experience with Design of Experiments (DOE)

Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP , PowerBI ) and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent English communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting

Timely and cost-effective delivery of NPD projects.

Demonstrated improvement in filter performance through DOE and data-driven decisions.

High-quality technical documentation and presentations.

Contribution to departmental and organizational goals.
