Make an impact

― Develop and optimize surface coating processes to achieve quality, color consistency and production efficiency objectives.

― Support material selection and coating stack development by evaluating coating performance and technologies.

― Conduct coating characterization and testing (e.g., adhesion, thickness, wear resistance, color, and appearance) to ensure compliance with product specifications.

― Establish and maintain process standards, operating parameters, and quality monitoring methods to ensure stable and repeatable production results.

― Troubleshoot and improve coating equipment and vacuum systems in collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

― Lead or support industrialization projects, including machine setup, validation, process qualification, ramp-up, and production scale-up.

― Develop technical documentation and provide training and technical support to operators and technicians.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

― Bachelor's degree in Materials Science , Chemical Engineering, Physics or related engineering majors .

― Ideally 5 + years of experience in surface coating, thin-film, vacuum coating or PVD technologies , or a related field.

― Possess stron g k nowledge of coating materials, thin-film characterization, and process optimization.

― Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and collaborate across functions and external suppliers.

― Good English communication skills, p roactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a continuous improvement mindset .
