Responsible for improving product quality performance and yield through enhanced process control and effective team corporation for product integration, efficiency & cost improvement, and customer complaint handling.

Kaohsiung Branch is located in Kaohsiung Nanzih Technology Industrial Park, home of many high-tech companies and Vishay is the one of the few foreign companies. What you will be doing:

• •Quality of products, yield, and process control.
• •Problem solving for integrated technical engineering issue.
• •Cost saving for process and process related activities.

What you will bring along:

• •Academic/Professional education bachelor's degree in engineering.
• •2 years min. in dicing or packaging engineering .
• •Process/Equipment/Quality Assurance regulations /Physics for packaging assembly.
