Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to identify functional and developmental needs
Develop individualized therapy plans based on patient requirements
Deliver occupational therapy sessions
Work with children/adults with developmental delays, sensory issues, or disabilities
Educate caregivers on therapy techniques and home programs
Track and document patient progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (physio, speech, behavioral therapists)

Requirements

Bachelor’s/master's in occupational therapy (BOT/MOT)
4-5 years of clinical experience
Experience in pediatric or rehabilitation settings preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and patient interaction skills
Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments
