SJ Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.

Position: Senior Executive – Recruiter

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 5+ years

Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Construction recruitment is required

Qualification: MBA / PG in HR preferred

Working Days: 2nd and 4th Saturday Off

Notice Period: Candidates with a short notice period will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and headhunting.
  • Screen profiles and conduct initial HR discussions.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
  • Handle CTC negotiations, offer rollouts and joining follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple positions simultaneously and ensure timely closures.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate pipelines and hiring reports.
