  • As a Senior Field Auto Damage Appraiser, you will assess vehicle damage and repair costs while supporting the adjustment and settlement of automobile physical damage claims.
  • You will work directly with customers, repair facilities, and claim representatives to develop accurate and competitive repair estimates.
  • The role combines technical automotive expertise, negotiation, customer service, and cost management.
  • You will help ensure repairs meet quality standards while identifying opportunities to control indemnity, storage, and rental vehicle expenses.
  • You will also assess vehicles declared total losses and contribute to efficient claim investigation and resolution in the field.
  • The position requires strong judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills within a collaborative claims environment.
  • This is a field-based opportunity serving the greater Calgary area, with flexibility to work remotely from an Alberta home office.
