Your job

Support and lead transformation and optimization projects across Finance.

Analyze, improve and standardize end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Purchase-to-Pay.

Implement and further develop ERP and finance systems, and digitize reporting and controlling processes.

Design and implement automation solutions, such as robotic process automation (RPA).

Work closely with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Accounts Receivable Management, IT and external partners.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement lasting improvements.

Support change management to help teams adopt new processes and structures.

Your profile

A degree in business administration, economics, business information systems or a comparable qualification.

Several years of professional experience in finance transformation, consulting or a project-focused finance role.

Strong knowledge of finance processes and their end-to-end optimization.

Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.

A very good understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, and reporting solutions.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

A hands-on approach and the ability to work independently in a structured way.

Strong communication skills and confidence in working with stakeholders at all levels.

Very good German and English language skills.
