Senior GTM Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior GTM Engineer based in United States.

• This role is a hands-on engineering position focused on advancing a modern go-to-market technology ecosystem.
• You will own projects spanning Salesforce, sales engagement, customer success, CPQ, enrichment, marketing automation, and data platforms.
• From implementations and integrations to automation and AI-powered workflows, you will take initiatives from design through production.
• You will also serve as a key escalation point for complex cross-system issues, driving durable fixes through disciplined root-cause analysis.
• Working closely with technical program and engineering partners, you will help shape solutions while identifying tradeoffs and downstream impacts.
• The role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to influence how GTM teams use automation, data, and emerging AI capabilities.
• You will also help establish reusable engineering patterns, strengthen documentation, and mentor other team members.
