Senior HR Generalist

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a key HR partner onsite for the Russellville manufacturing facility. You will support employee and labor relations, talent management, compliance, and workforce initiatives while partnering closely with plant leadership to drive business results and foster a positive employee experience.

• •Partner with plant leaders on employee relations, labor relations, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development.
• •Lead workplace investigations, conflict resolution, corrective actions, and policy interpretation.
• •Support labor relations activities, including contract administration, issue resolution, and leadership coaching.
• •Drive recruiting, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and employee engagement efforts.
• •Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional partners, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and Legal.
• •Analyze workforce data and provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• •Ensure compliance with employment laws, collective bargaining agreements, company policies, and HR programs.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• •5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing or plant environment.
• •Experience supporting employee relations, labor relations, workplace investigations, and performance management.
• •Working knowledge of employment laws, labor practices, and HR compliance requirements.
• •Demonstrated ability to build credibility, influence leaders, and develop strong cross-functional partnerships.
• •Experience with HRIS platforms, including Workday or similar systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• •Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• •Spanish language skills preferred.

Compensation

Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
