Location: Bellbrook Senior Living – Rochester Hills, MI

Glacier Hills, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities , is hiring a full-time SR HR Specialist to join our mission-driven team! Be part of a welcoming, resident-centered community where your work directly supports a culture of compassion and growth.

What You’ll Do:

Support HR events, communications, and data management

Maintain accurate records and systems (Workday)

Conduct audits and generate reports

Manage payroll actions, invoices, and expenses

Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure smooth operations

What You Bring:

Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field

3+ years of HR support, customer service, or admin experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, confidential environment
