• The role serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership while overseeing the full employee experience, from recruitment and onboarding through performance, development, employee relations, and compliance.
• You will build scalable HR systems, improve management practices, and help leaders navigate organizational change with clarity, empathy, and accountability.
• The position combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on work across investigations, compensation, benefits, leave administration, workforce planning, and employment law.
• You will play a central role in developing managers and supervisors, strengthening employee engagement, and creating a more consistent and effective workplace culture.
• This is a remote role based in California, with regular travel throughout the state to collaborate with leaders, support employees, and participate in meetings and events.
