YOUR ROLE

We are looking for an IT Security Officer to join our team in Lisbon (hybrid work) .

In this role your main responsabilities will be:

• •Ensure the overall security posture of IT products throughout their lifecycle.
• •Drive compliance with Group Information Security standards, policies, and controls.
• •Collaborate with Product and Application teams to implement security requirements and controls.
• •Lead security assessments, testing activities, and vulnerability remediation plans.
• •Provide security guidance and support to IT Product teams.
• •Act as the main point of contact for security-related matters.
• •Promote secure-by-design practices and continuous security improvement.

YOUR PROFILE

• •Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Security and IT Security.
• •Strong knowledge of Information Security Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance .
• •Experience with security standards and frameworks, including ISO 27001/27002 and NIST .
• •Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) .
• •Solid understanding of Security Assessments, Security Testing, and Vulnerability Management .
• •Knowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) and Application Security principles.
• •Experience with Azure Cloud Security .
• •Familiarity with encryption technologies and secure communication protocols.
• •Excellent analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• •Proven ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments .
• •Strong English communication skills ( minimum B2 level ).
