Required Qualifications

• •A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Information Technology; experience with live events a plus.
• •3 or more years' experience with the following:
• •Support of desktop operating systems (Windows, Macintosh) and mobile devices (IOS/Android).
• •Complex troubleshooting of systems and networks
• •IT support in an onsite, customer-facing role.
• •Cyber security tools such as EDR, vulnerability management, security awareness training, intrusion detection.

• •Certifications:
• •CompTia Security + or similar (Preferred)
• •Microsoft Certifications (Preferred)

• •Strong verbal, written communications, and customer service skills.
• •Strong working knowledge of networking concepts and support of TCP/IP protocols, DNS and DHCP.
• •Highly comfortable and capable of troubleshooting complex issues in a time sensitive manner.
• •Excellent organizational and project management skills, including ability to organize time and work on multiple tasks and follow through to completion of task or project.
• •Self-motivated and able to either work independently or as a team.
• •Communicate both orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner. Ability to create and write clear, complete documentation.
• •Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time, lift equipment up to 50 pounds, work extended hours, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• •Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Visio, SharePoint, OneDrive) and ability to learn required business systems.
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills including high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):

· Experience with MDM (Jamf)

· Experience with Linux operating systems.

· Experience with business applications, with experience in report writing, creating user documentation and/or specifications, etc.
