- This is a high-visibility individual contributor role focused on resource planning, operational expenditure governance, and delivery capacity across complex project environments.
- You’ll build data-driven models that connect customer and project demand with workforce supply, business priorities, and available delivery capacity.
- The role requires close collaboration with project controls, program management, operations, engineering, finance, product, and business leadership teams.
- You’ll identify resource gaps, contractor requirements, vacancies, skill constraints, and delivery risks while developing practical recommendations for senior decision-makers.
- The position combines advanced analytics, scenario planning, forecasting, governance, and executive communication within a large, matrixed organization.
- You’ll also improve planning standards, reporting processes, data quality, and forecast reliability to strengthen operational and financial decision-making.
