  • Key Responsibilities
  • Provision and configure F5 Load Balancer services for new and existing applications.
  • Manage and support F5 components such as:
  • Local Traffic Manager (LTM)
  • Global Traffic Manager (GTM) / DNS
  • SSL certificate configuration and renewal
  • Virtual Servers, Pools, Nodes, and Health Monitors
  • Create, modify, and troubleshoot DNS records and application routing configurations.
  • Review application onboarding requirements and implement load balancing solutions.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot application connectivity, routing, and traffic distribution issues.
  • Investigate failures related to load balancer provisioning and DNS resolution.
  • Support change management, implementation, testing, and production deployment activities.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, provisioning guides, and workflow documents.
  • Coordinate with application, infrastructure, network, and security teams during deployments and incident resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis for service disruptions related to F5 and DNS infrastructure.
  • Good client and Stakeholder mgmt. skills
