• This fully remote leadership role is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality accounting delivery across a portfolio of client engagements.
• You will lead, coach, and develop Client Leads and accounting professionals while maintaining strong technical and professional standards.
• The role combines people leadership, client service, accounting expertise, capacity planning, and quality management.
• You will serve as an escalation point for complex delivery, client, and resourcing challenges while helping your team solve problems independently.
• Working in a distributed professional services environment, you will establish clear expectations and create operating rhythms that keep teams accountable and effective.
• You will maintain direct client exposure to stay technically current and model the standards expected across the team.
