Your role: from idea to real impact

As an Outcome Deployed Engineering Consultant (ODE) at Capgemini Invent, you work at the intersection of business, strategy, and technology. You design, build, and implement AI solutions within real business processes, aiming to deliver immediate value and make solutions production-ready from day one.

You are responsible for achieving concrete business outcomes, including adoption within the organization. This requires a combination of domain knowledge, hands-on AI skills, and strong judgment in delivery.

Key competencies

• •Domain expertise : Experience in at least one sector or function (such as supply chain, finance, or risk) and the ability to engage stakeholders at a substantive level.
• •Ownership of results : Defining success in business terms and taking responsibility from development through to adoption.
• •Hands-on AI skills : Independently building prototypes using modern AI tools (such as LLMs, RAG, and agents) and further developing them toward production.
• •Vendor collaboration : Bridging client needs and technology partners, ensuring suitable and feasible solutions.
• •AI governance : Considering data, security, regulations, and existing IT environments when designing solutions.

What do you bring?

We are looking for colleagues with various levels of experience and at least 4 years of experience in consulting, data, AI, or cloud engineering.

Additionally, you bring:

• •Experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Experience developing production-ready solutions
• •Ability to translate technology into business impact
• •Entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in dynamic environments
• •Good command of English and preferably Dutch

Technical (indicative)

• •Python and modern development practices
• •AI/LLM applications (RAG, agents, evaluation, and guardrails)
• •Experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Google, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake
• •Understanding of model and agent architectures
