Senior Manager, Business Development, EaaS, Philippines

JOB DESCRIPTION

• •Originate new business opportunities, strategize value creation both for Keppel & customer and convert opportunity to contract in The Philippines.
• •Be proactive in scouting needs, staying abreast of technology trends and foresights, and translating these into insightful reports
• •Manage end-to-end innovation process from strategy, ideation, development to business plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• •Manage ecosystem and channel partnerships
• •Develop and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients in the low carbon energy sector
• •Develop new business models or transform existing ones, including organisational development, capability mapping and operating model change
• •Manage project development, budgets and finances
• •Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related engineering discipline with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
• •Solid commercial understanding with basic financial modelling, payback period analysis, etc. crucial .
• •Passion for new technologies and technical acumen to evaluate their relevance in sustainability and energy efficiency.
• •Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• •Understanding of cooling business and service-based business models, including best practice processes.
• •Familiar with management and development for project implementation
• •Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary lean team environment and to take initiative and deliver projects independently when required.
