Senior Manager, Community Engagement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Community Engagement based in the United States.

• This remote leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing a national community engagement and peer-to-peer fundraising strategy.
• You will oversee programs supporting hundreds of community fundraising events while helping expand congregational and community-based fundraising efforts.
• The position combines strategic fundraising leadership, team development, partnership building, volunteer engagement, and revenue growth.
• You will work across fundraising, marketing, communications, and CRM functions to strengthen donor acquisition and create scalable engagement strategies.
• A key focus will be developing corporate partnerships and using community events as opportunities to cultivate donors and support major-gift development.
• You will lead and develop a Community Engagement team while working with senior leadership and external consultants to advance strategic priorities.
• The role is well suited to an experienced nonprofit fundraising leader who can balance strategic thinking, relationship building, operational execution, and people leadership.
