Role Summary and Impact
As Senior Manager, Data Strategy you will help MFG teams turn data and AI capabilities into practical improvements across campaign strategy, planning and activation. This is a hybrid regional role, combining leadership of key APAC data strategy workstreams with dedicated AI strategy support for Greater China, covering China and Taiwan.
Approximately 60% of your role will focus on regional data strategy. You will help teams synthesize first-party and external data into actionable activation audiences, build understanding and adoption of first-party data tools and machine-learning frameworks, and support reporting on APAC's contribution to global first-party data initiatives. The remaining 40% will focus on executing MFG's AI market scope in Greater China—from localized training and campaign consultation to adoption monitoring and the development or localization of market-relevant AI solutions. Priorities, deliverables and quality for this AI allocation will be managed by the Associate Director, AI Strategy, APAC.
The ideal candidate brings together strong data strategy fundamentals, practical generative AI fluency and an ability to make complex capabilities useful to media practitioners. You will be comfortable working hands-on with campaign teams while coordinating across local, regional and global stakeholders.
