Purpose Brands, the parent company of Orangetheory, Anytime Fitness, Waxing the City, and The Bar Method, is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Operations to join its Anytime Fitness Corporate team.   • The Senior Manager, Global Operations is responsible for designing, deploying, and scaling strategic business initiatives across the Anytime Fitness system.
  • This role serves as a critical partner to Global Operations, Product, Learning & Development, Communications, Field Support, and franchise stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, successful implementation, and long-term adoption of key initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate is an experienced operator who can translate strategy into execution, lead cross-functional initiatives, simplify complex processes, and build sustainable solutions that improve franchisee and business performance.
  • The Senior Manager, Global Operations combines strong operational leadership, project management, and change management capabilities with a practical understanding of fitness industry operations and franchise business models.

This position reports to the Director of Global Operations.

Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)

Operations Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and deployment of operational strategies that drive business performance and franchisee success.
  • Lead operational planning, readiness, and execution for strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and improve operational processes, standards, tools, and support models.
  • Leverage business and operational data to identify opportunities and support decision making.

Initiative Deployment & Adoption

  • Lead the implementation of new products, services, technology solutions, and operational initiatives.
  • Develop rollout plans, readiness activities, and support strategies.
  • Partner with Communications and L&D to drive awareness, training, and adoption.
  • Gather franchisee and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve initiatives and processes.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Product, Technology, Communications, Learning & Development, and Field Support teams to deliver business priorities.
  • Represent operational and franchisee perspectives during solution design and implementation.
  • Facilitate alignment, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and challenges.

Franchisee Experience & Operational Excellence

  • Serve as an advocate for franchisee operational success.
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees, master franchise teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate operational impacts of business decisions and provide practical recommendations.

Fitness Industry & Club Operations Knowledge

  • Maintain a strong understanding of fitness industry trends, club operations, member experience, and ancillary revenue opportunities.
  • Apply fitness and franchise operations knowledge to support business initiatives and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure operational solutions meet business and franchisee needs.

Strengths and Background

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, franchise operations, business operations, program management, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting operations within a fitness, franchise, or multi-location service business environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • Strong project management, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and drive organizational alignment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze information, solve problems, and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Fitness industry experience.
  • Club operations leadership experience.
  • Franchise support or multi-unit operations experience.
  • Experience supporting operational, process, or technology deployments.
  • Change management and operational readiness experience.

Salary Range: $80k - $90k
