Iterative Health is a healthcare technology and services company powering the acceleration of clinical research to transform patient outcomes.
We built a leading performance-driven network of 100+ sites across the US, Europe, India, and Australia, conducting research directly in the communities where care is delivered across gastrointestinal, hepatology, obesity, and cardiology. By combining deep clinical trial expertise with cutting-edge AI, we connect sponsors' scientific ambitions with high-performing research teams that expedite and expand access to novel therapeutics for patients in need. Today, Iterative Health is headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and New York City with 250+ employees world-wide.
As Senior Manager of Growth for Europe, you will be a key strategic partner to the European leadership team helping drive the projects, initiatives, and growth agenda that shape how Iterative Health expands across the region.
This is a role at the intersection of strategy and execution: you will translate ambitious goals into structured plans, and then make sure those plans get delivered. You will work across a broad range of workstreams — from strategic planning and market development to M&A support and cross-functional project coordination.
The common thread is operating as a trusted, high-quality partner to leadership: someone who can pick up a complex topic, structure it clearly, drive it forward, and ensure the right people are aligned and moving. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical foundations, a genuine interest in healthcare and clinical research, and the drive to build something meaningful in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Fluency in English and Polish required.
Location : Warsaw, Poland or Munich, Germany Employment Type: Full-Time EOR
Strategic Projects & Execution
Work closely with the European leadership team to identify, structure, and prioritize the key strategic initiatives that drive IH's growth and operational excellence across the region.
Build and maintain a clear overview of the European initiative landscape - ensuring the right workstreams are resourced, tracked, and delivered against plan.
Develop structured project plans, maintain momentum across workstreams, and hold contributors accountable to commitments and deadlines.
Independently execute key strategic initiative, coordinate interfaces with other teams and pro-actively escalate roadblocks as needed.
Prepare high-quality materials for internal leadership, board, and partner audiences - including strategy presentations, market analyses, business cases, and performance updates.
Growth & Market Development
Co-develop IH's European expansion strategy by country together with the European leadership - translating regional ambitions into a concrete, prioritized plan.
Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments across the region to surface relevant opportunities and risks early.
Independently drive growth initiatives and work closely with site operations teams to ensure growth initiatives are grounded in operational reality.
M&A Support & Site Integration
Support the operational coordination of M&A diligence processes - managing workstreams, timelines, and information flows across internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare clear, structured materials to support investment decisions - including market analyses, site assessments, and operational summaries.
Work closely with US-based finance and legal teams, ensuring the European operational context is well represented throughout diligence and deal processes.
Work closely with Site Operations to ensure seamless handover from integration into steady-state delivery.
Performs duties as requested
What Success Looks Like
Strategic growth initiatives are clearly defined, tracked, and executed on time - with clear ownership and accountability across workstreams.
The European leadership team has a reliable, analytically rigorous partner who improves the quality and speed of strategic decision-making.
M&A diligence and integration processes are well coordinated, with IH's operational standards applied consistently to newly acquired sites.
IH's footprint and service offering in CEE grows in a structured, well-executed way - with each initiative strengthening the network and market position.
What You Bring to the Team
3–5 years at a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent) with significant exposure to healthcare, life sciences, or health-tech clients; and/or experience in a high-growth startup, or a strategy or business development role within a pharmaceutical or biotech company.
Proven track record of structuring complex problems, managing multi-stakeholder projects, and delivering high-quality, executive-ready outputs under time pressure.
Strong analytical rigor — comfortable building models, sizing markets, and driving data-informed recommendations independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to produce compelling, well-structured materials for senior audiences without significant guidance.
Comfortable with M&A concepts and processes — from market mapping through to post-acquisition integration.
Fluency in English and Polish required.
Willingness to travel across the region as needed (up to 20%).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior exposure to clinical research, CRO, or site network environments.
Experience working on M&A or corporate development workstreams, either within consulting or in-house.
Familiarity with Central and Eastern European market dynamics — regulatory landscape, commercial environment, and key stakeholders.
How We Work

High ownership and accountability culture
